OXPP – Can’t Google this”

Last year I had the opportunity to introduce a new program called ‘the OX GTM Program’ (Go-to-Market) which was kicked-off as a support program for OX client partners. In this pilot program, OX sales and marketing teamed up to tackle the frequent request to position OX products better and get them to market faster.

More than a year later this program has grown and continues to evolve based on its success: now called the “OX Performance Program” (OXPP) with multiple employees on two continents. The regional OXPP teams have been able to increase partners’ speed-to-market by up to 200% and have played a role in improving numbers for take-rates and upsell numbers, including reducing churn. OXPP deploys active resources that support successful positioning and customer engagement of our partners’ target audiences and most importantly: together with our partners. OXPP brings broad experience and deep know-how to marketing OX products in the Cloud and SaaS space that are not found from any Google search nor from a marketing agency. And all, with the shared and focused goal to maximize the business potential of OX products.

The OX Performance Program understands that each second of attention spent in a client-partner’s branded environment is monetizeable. OX products have been designed uniquely to extend and multiply how users integrate their personal and professional data into a trusted environment their existing hoster and/or telco billing relationship. It offers up specific and proven moments where customer engagement and trial are integrated across our flagship product and sales touch points, because OX App Suite supports differentiated engagement models.
