Radicati’s market quadrant focuses solely on the messaging platform side of our business and scrutinises the OX App Suite. OX App Suite has been awarded a fantastic 8/10 for its functionality and was judged against factors including; scalability, reliability, multi-tenancy, mobile device access, social networking integration, unified communications, instant messaging, additional monetization opportunities and a range of subscriber features.
