For the third consecutive year, Open-Xchange has been named a Top Company by Kununu – and we’re very proud that the 2023 award puts us in the top 5% of companies listed on the platform, based on independent reviews.
Kununu is a very important site for companies in German-speaking countries to attract new employees, especially when there is a shortage of skilled experts, so a good rating is essential.
The workplace review platform allows employees and applicants to rate companies in a range of categories, including work atmosphere, work-life balance, working conditions and equality.
The award highlights that Open-Xchange offers all employees a trusting, flexible and, above all, international environment where everyone is regarded as an individual. In addition, we offer a range of benefits.
