Nuremberg, Germany, July 3, 2017 – Open-Xchange, creator of open source messaging, collaboration and office productivity software, announces the appointment of Michael Knapstein to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Michael will be responsible for finance, HR, legal and corporate services for the Open-Xchange group.
Michael brings with him over 20 years of proven experience, at a senior management or board level, working for technology-driven services businesses across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to joining Open-Xchange, Michael held various CFO positions in multinational telco groups at Ooredoo, T-Mobile and T-Systems as well as digital media business advisor. He excels in providing organisations with the capabilities needed to accelerate business growth through M&A transactions at an international level.
